Clean, comfortable, and reasonably priced room. Great shower and ample amenities provided. Location outside of the city with easy access. Calm and warm atmosphere with friendly staff.

We had a fantastic steak dinner at the ground floor restaurant. The team was welcoming and attentive. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and had all the basic amenities we needed. The location was convenient with easy access to transportation options. I highly recommend this hotel for its great food and affordable pricing.

The room was spotless and had a large TV, comfy bed, and tea and coffee facilities. The shower was also great. Despite being on a busy road, the room was surprisingly quiet. Another plus was the ample onsite parking available. The staff were polite and accommodating.

The room was on the second floor with no lift, which was a bit tiring to climb. The bathroom layout was tight, and the road noise made it difficult to open the window at night.

Staff and rooms are excellent, and the hotel is kept clean.

We had an excellent stay at this hotel. The location is perfect, with easy access to public transport and just a short distance from the Etihad stadium. The staff were wonderful, providing friendly and helpful service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and comfortable, with exceptionally comfy beds. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast at the steakhouse and appreciated the generous amounts of tea and coffee provided. Near a little train station, the hotel also offered convenient facilities.

The hotel provided superb value for money with rooms at half the price of other hotels. The cleanliness of the bathrooms, sheets, and towels was spotless. The staff were incredibly kind and went above and beyond to assist me during my stay. The hotel also offered a good selection of vegan food, as well as a fantastic carvery meal, ensuring that all members of my family were catered for. The hotel was also very accommodating to disabled guests, with downstairs bedrooms available for those with mobility issues.

The location was convenient with ample free parking available. the staff were excellent, providing great service throughout my stay. the midday checkout was also helpful for my business trip.

There were some issues with the room. the soundproofing between rooms was poor and I could hear conversations from the neighboring room.
